Payton is a strategic advisor, growth partner, and thoughtful guide. She has a background spanning over 20 years of strategic leadership, brand positioning, and organizational development ranging from special operations in the U.S. military, the White House, Congress, entertainment and lifestyle marketing, Hollywood, and the growth phases of companies like Facebook/Meta and Bumble Inc. She is known for helping leaders find clarity in complexity.
She founded The Third Room after witnessing how often decision-makers lacked a space to think clearly—without noise, pressure, or distraction. Her approach is grounded in empathy, but also in strategy: every conversation is intentional, every plan built around your unique goals.
